all of sudden screenshots have been disappeared from some of the word files.
Error that I get is
The image part of with relationship id rld16 was not found in the file.
Any ideas?

Outlook disconnected from server when not on internal network
I have a user who connects fine to Outlook when he is on the network. When he is connected via VPN, Outlook shows disconnected. We have logged him out of everything and logged him back in. We have re-installed Office. If you go to his profile, it shows an error and tells you to sign on again. We have tried everything we can think of, but cannot get his Outlook to work unless he is connected at work on the network. It will work fine with the Web version of Outlook if he is not on the network.

Office 365: Dual NICs
Hi everyone,
I have a device which have 2 NICs installed: 1 used for for normal network communication, and the other use for an ad hoc network with another system.
The problem is Office 365 periodically wants to use the ad hoc NIC which causes first time registration/configuration to fail, and telling current users their subscription expired when it hasn't.
Temporarily disabling the ad hoc NIC solves these problems, but I keep getting tickets whenever a user wants to setup their 365 account on that device. The issue about "expired subscriptions" have cropped up recently.
Is there a way to configure Office 365 to solely use the regular NIC?

excel formula question
I have a small excel problem I need to figure out.
I need to add supervisory hours for every 8 hours of labor performed.
For example, if labor is calculated at 16 hours then a total of 4 hours would be added in the supervisory hours block. However it should only show at the 8 hour increment. so 15 hours would still yield only 2 hours of supervisory time. What formula would I use?

Change default e-mail form Outlook 2013 - To, CC, BCC, Subject font change
Hello,
I am trying to make a change to Outlook 2013 so that the default New E-mail form uses a custom from that I have saved under Personal Forms. I've changed the To: CC; BCC; and Subject fonts so they are larger and easier to read. However, there seems no other way to use the new form without having to manually open the form each time by browsing to it from More Forms.
Is there a way to set the form with the larger fonts as the default form for all new e-mails? The 8 pt. Tahoma font is difficult to read.

Teams Chat folder; conversation history not populating
I managed to get teams chat folder to show on outlook using mfcmapi. Although, no conversation history appears in the folder. I also have exchange cached turned on if that helps.

VBA coding to reset cell contents
Morning everyone,
Firstly, my VBA skills are somewhat rusty and spent a couple of hours trying to clearly get nowhere.
I thought I'd got somewhere but the expected behaviour just isn't what I'd expect nor programmed.
Maybe someone here eats, sleeps and breathes VBA and could probably give me a 1-line solution.
I could quite well be going about this the wrong way all together.
So here goes.
I've a spreadsheet with a list of products (Data validation list), a standard list of configurations of which each cell can be altered by another data validation list in order to customise the setup.
If at some point I want to reset the values in the grid to default, ideally a reset button would be useful.
So, what i've got so far:

Strange Recurrence Issue (Outlook 2010/Outlook 2013)
I've very recently encountered a very strange issue that I've never had before with 2 different PCs (1 - Windows 7 x64 - Outlook 2010 and 1 - Windows 10 x64 - Outlook 2013) - The PCs are *not* in a corporate environment, there is no Exchange server, simple POP3/SMTP setup.
If I add an appointment/event in Outlook (on either PC - it does not matter):
1) Create a new appointment.
2) Make it an all day appointment.
3) Give it any colour category you want.
4) In the Title call it 'test' (or something easy to differentiate)
5) Throw in any text in the body of appointment or leave it blank.
6) Set reminder to 1 day (set the date of the appointment 1 day in the future).
7) Save.
You'll notice that Outlook will pop up a reminder for this as expected.
Repeat the process with a new appointment - give it a different name.
Same thing happens - but change...

Looking for good Excel training resources
What good Excel training resources would you recommend? Some of our users have new responsibilities that involve more data analysis. They may know what a spreadsheet is but they don't understand the full potential of what Excel can do.
I'm looking for some good resources that would take them from the very basics of formulas up to pivot tables and beyond. I know they can Google for anything, but they don't know what they don't know. Bonus points if it helps explain data structures (relational tables, database basics, etc.).
Any resources will do - online, instructor-led, self-paced, YouTube playlists, etc. What would you recommend?

I need help with an Excel Macro
Please help!
I need to modify a macro I found on www.excelcampus.com. This macro filters a spreadsheet and deletes rows based on the filter. That's exactly what I need to do.
The first part of the macro is causing an error for me though. I'm using Excel 2016.
The macro begins with
Dim ws As Worksheet
'Set reference to the sheet in the workbook.
Set ws = ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("ARTrxDetail")
My sheet is named ARTrxDetail. The error is Runtime error '9'. Subscript out of range.
I'm lost. :( and would appreciate any help

Shift+Right Click "Open Read-Only" doesn't work in Word
I'm trying to open a document read only, so it won't be locked and others can edit it. Easy right? Just hold down shift, right click the document, and choose "Open Read-Only". Well, that doesn't work. The Document doesn't say "read only" and the server shows it locked read-write.
Windows 10, Office365 and 2013 - same behavior.
I found a fix for excel - but the fix doesn't seem to work.

'The Junk E-mail Filter is not available...' - Outlook 2016
Hi all,
Last week this error has started to appear when users are using the 'Junk' > 'Block sender' function in Outlook 2016 on 2012 R2 RDS.
All users were running in online mode anyway so I don't know what prompted this and if you dismiss this message the filter works correctly anyway. The message is moved to Junk and the address is added to the block list.
Has anyone come across this before? I feel like telling the user to just tick 'Don't show this message again' but maybe there's a reason this is appearing.

Outlook Signatures not applying correctly in replies, shows as boxes
I have a user who has 2 signatures a NEW and a Reply. In her NEW it shows correctly outbound (See screenshot) but when someone replies to her email her signature is showing as BLOCKS. I don't think this is an Outlook issue, but an HTML within Outlook but is there a way to fix this? Or am I completely off base?

Error exporting Gmail mailing lists to outlook 2016
My domain is almost all using the web gmail client for email, but a few users are still insistent on using outlook. One of these users recently received a new workstation. His regular contacts imported just fine, but when attempting to import his mailingt lists from gmail, it gives the error
"A file error has occurred in the Comma Separated Values translator while initializing a translator to build a field map.
Outlook was unable to retrieve the data from the file
Ive made sure all file permissions are full allow, have made copies of the CSV files, run Outlook as an admin. Im at a loss on why these files wont import correctly.

Outlook not able to schedule a resource
When trying to create a meeting and schedule a resource the rooms show in location.. When I click on a room it adds an email address to the Required field but leaves the location blank..when I send the meeting out users don't know where the meeting is.
You can see in the screenshot that the rooms show and I have permission set to use them and they are set to auto-accept... What can I do to resolve this and have the meeting resource show in locations for everyone to know where the meeting is????

Copy pivot table and refer to new sheet?
I'm working on a data analysis template. I have a worksheet that contain a couple of pivot tables. The data for these pivots is on the same worksheet.
I would like to use this worksheet as a template. Within the workbook I'd like to copy the worksheet and use the pivots in situ - drawing their data from that worksheet. However when I do this the pivots refer back to their original worksheet.
Does anyone know of a method which would allow this? Google isn't giving me good answers exceptt for very old excel versions. I'm on the latest edition.
ps. I couldn't find an excel group or tag so if needs to be moved, please move it.

Outlook 2019 Online Mode Results In No New Email Notifications
Hi guys,
I have a client who needs to use Outlook 2019 in non-cached mode (a.k.a. Exchange Online Mode), but for some reason they don't get new email notifications. When I change it Cached Mode the new email notifications work again.
Seems like an Office 2019 bug, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a work around?
