I am trying to figure out a formula to find the largest Values of a column and then use the value of a second and third column basically to solve a tie and then display the persons name associated to that data in a different cell. I've provided an image with test data to try to illustrate what I need:
To the right of the orange boxes shows the top 5 people based on the Criteria I want to use Basically I want Box 1 to display whatever person has the highest value in field K, followed by the second highest in box 2, etc. If the value in box K is identical I want the Value in the Total column to act as a tie breaker, if that still doesn't break the tie I want to use column I as the final tie breaker. Obviously I want to leave the sorting in the table as is and the values within the table will change regularly (so copying all the data...

Outlook 365 - Two Issues
I thought I had posted this last week but after some searching I don't see it anywhere, so, here goes another try.
We run the Office 365 suite but many of our users run the Desktop client for Outlook and I have two users with frustrating issues I can't seem to resolve. Both involve shared accounts.
User 1 - Has access to an account called OESVRP. They can only see new emails to this account when they use the web client, or when the desktop client has Caching mode turned off. With Caching mode turned on, no new emails (or seemingly any emails) are visible for this account. Now, I know what you're saying, "just turn caching mode off and be done with it". Except that with Caching mode off, it runs super slowly to the point my user has indicated they refuse to work with it like that. And she is also a power user who frequently has 3 or 4...

unable to delete calendar
I have a calendar that shows up in everyone's Outlook that does not appear to be shared, however I am unable to find out who actually owns it. When anyone tries to delete it, it just reappears. I have checked GPO's and could not find anything there that would be causing this issue however it could be hiding somewhere.
Is it possible that this calendar was created by a user that no longer has an email account? We are using Office 365 to handle all of our email. As for permissions, it is set to anonymous - none and default - none. I can make the local user an "owner" but that does not allow the calendar to be deleted or allow the user to change/add entries to the calendar. I am attaching a screenshot of the calendar in question.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Office 2019 retail medialess Vs ESD
Hi guys.
I am wondering if anyone can help me understand licencing with regards to good old fashioned retail in a box, medialess or on a electronic software download (which is apparently different to medialess).
I basically want to be able to have many users use a single machine i.e. machine based licensing. Like we had done with previous versions of Microsoft office.
I have heard from one of my retailers that there is some kind of a licence activation restriction more specifically that the account I am logged in with may somehow be tied to the licence even though I am in a domain and do not have azure ad.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Outlook '16 Profile Issue
Hello everyone. I have one user on one specific computer (that I'm aware of anyways..) where they cannot get logged into Outlook. Anytime she does, she gets the below error.
Things I have tried:
1) Deleted and re-created Outlook profile
2) Did a full repair of Office. When that didn't work, I did a full uninstall/reinstall of Office.
3) logged in as local admin, deleted this users account (did this in the registry as well so i'd force the pc to recreate the profile)
4) Tried getting into Outlook via outlook.exe /safe and outlook.exe /resetnavpane
5) I logged into this computer as myself and Outlook is working perfectly.
It seems like a profile issue to me but when I recreated the profile, I am still having the same issue. Does anyone have any other ideas I could try without having to re-image the workstation?

Outlook 2016 - "Save and Close"
Hi
A client of mine has lost the "Save and Close" button in Outlook 2016. Closing Outlook via the X does this without issue, so too does creating a new tab group and adding the button manually but the users would like it under the default "Event" group. I've tried a quick repair and it is fully up-to-date.
Anyone seen this before? Thanks.

Find value of cell in Excel range and move cursor to cell next to it
Hi All,
I may not have explained myself very well, but what I want to do is this.
Cell A1 enter a value say 50
Range B1 to B100 is filled with values 1 - 100
I need the vba code to look for what ever value is in A1 in the range B1:B100 and move the cursor to the cell in column c.
So in this example it would move the cursor to C50 and make that cell the top left cell visable in the spreadsheet.
Any help as always greatly appreciated.

Outlook crashes
We seem to be having an issue with outlook 2016 crashing. Recently we have added an add in called Cirrus Insight, a sales force add in.
Out if 25 users, 5 of them are now having issues with outlook crashing.
Of course the vendor says the issue is on our end.
I have tried running the office assistant for outlook, creating a new profile, reinstalling office 2016.
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or experience with this issue.

MS office 32 or 64-bit on Windows 10 PC ?
We got a new Windows 10 Professional 64-bit PC.
We are planning to install Microsoft Office 2016(standalone) on the above PC.
MS office 2016 has both 64-bit and 32-bit versions.
Which one do you recommend on Windows 10 PC ?
1) Based on your experience, which one gives less issues ? (32 or 64-bit )
2) Let me know if you think Office 365 install will give less issues on Windows 10 PC compared
to standalone MS office 2016 product.

Meeting Response Stuck in Outbox
Hi All - I have a user who recently started experiencing an issue with Outlook 2016 on Windows 10. More specifically the issue only occurs when responding to Meeting invitations. When responding to the meeting request, The response is generated but then gets stuck in the Outbox. The error reads "Sending reported error )0x800CCC130: 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem.' I have searched high and low but have not found anything helpful.
Here is what I have tried so far:
Disabled all ad-ins
Started Outlook in Safe Mode
Ran sfc /scannow
Ran Scanpst.exe
Ran repair of MS Office Installation
Any help would be appreciated.

Autofill in Outlook message templates (Office 365)
Hi all
We used to complete an Excel form for each new starter, with all the details of their computer, what software was installed etc (all tick boxes, I'm not a caveman!). It included some tabs which had templates on, where I pulled the name of the manager, the name of the new starter, and we just copied these and pasted into Outlook, so we could send login details, instructions for what to do the first time you log in, etc.
Our onboarding process has changed, and HR no longer use the Excel forms, the hiring manager just completes a form in our helpdesk tool which generates all the sub tasks. So I'm trying to create an Outlook message template, which is easy enough... but I want to fill in the name of the user once, and have it appear in 4 different fields below, to show their login names.
Any ideas how I go about doing that?

Unable to open Outlook 2016 in safe mode
Not sure how many people have seen this but today I had a user come to me with an issue opening outlook 2016. So I tried the regular outlook.exe /safe to open in safe mode. Now here's where it got odd the regular profile wasn't listed and when I started up it was prompting me to create a new one. Now this is the moment I thought maybe I have seen this before. So I launched add remove programs and I found Microsoft Office Desktop Apps had been installed but I know the user was running office 2016 (and this was also installed). So I uninstalled Microsoft Office Desktop App and as if by magic outlook 2016 opened normally. A story of success but thought I'd share in case anyone else is stuggling

Unable to create new MSP
Hello all,
I am attempting to do a silent install of Visio Professional 2016 but I have run into a problem basically from the get-go. After launching the MS Office Customization Tool, when prompted to either create or edit and existing MSP file, I select "Create a new..." and then I get the "Microsoft Bootstrapper Has Stopped Working."
After checking the event viewer, all that appears for the application logs is a standard Event ID 1000
Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Outlook keeps a copy of sent items in Outbox
Hello,
I've been having a problem with an Outlook 2016 installation that is paired with O365.
When users sent their email it is directly displayed in the Outbox folder of Outlook. Then after a second or two a second copy of the mail becomes briefly visible in the Outbox, then gets sent and transferred to the Sent Items folder. However the other copy remains in the Outbox, and doesn't get sent. It will however promt a message when closing Outlook that there are unsent items.
I've tried several registy edits ( "ExcludeLastKnownGoodURL" to 1 and"DelegateSentItemsStyle" to 0 ) but those both did not fix the problem.
After I turned on caching for the mailbox the mail gets sent normally without this extra copy in the Outbox, however I've turned this on for just one user, and don't have enough disk space to do so for all users that are...

How to recover a users Outlook emails from a MAC?
A user has a MacBook Pro that was running High Sierra 10.13.6. We are unsure what caused the issue but all of a sudden she was unable to open Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc (2016). This was only affecting her login so we took a backup of everything and then gave her a new profile.
On the new profile she can now load her apps.
We took a copy of /library/group containers/ubf8t346g9.office
I understand the Outlook contents of this is /library/group containers/ubf8t346g9.office/outlook/outlook 15 profiles/main profile
We can see a messages folder with a lot of her data in it.
Question is how do we import this back up so that when she loads Outlook all of her recovered mail and archives show up still?

Access Database Question
Hey all,
I have a question regarding an access database. We are working with an access database that has existing data. We are trying to query the database to pull information from prior years on different part numbers for a manufacturing client. We are querying the data by job number and are finding that the data for some reason is showing up multiple times for each job number and skewing our amount of work hours. The only way we can differentiate the actual amount of hours we are looking for is by a data completed field, however there are multiple dates for the same part number in that field. What we are looking for is a access criteria command or excel function to sort the entire data set by first date set available in the data set. Attached is an example of what we are seeing.

Migration from Notes to O365
we recently migrated from Lotus Notes to O365. I've noticed that the data file and Outlook folders have no permissions, even for the user. Their permissions are now None. Does anyone know it this matters or what issues all my users may encounter if they do not have permissions set on their data file or Outlook folders?

Photos in Outlook App
When you attach photos in the Outlook mobile app it inserts them in the body of the email and not just as an attachment, so when the recipient receives the email all the photos are in the body of the email and not just listed as attachments.
Is their any way to stop this as I have mobile users to attach a lot of photos in emails from the Outlook app and email back to our admin team and they just receive all the photos in the body of the email. In order to save these photos are admin staff then have to save each photo in turn instead of just being able to click save all attachments.
